This treat is made with carefully chosen coffee beans: single estate, organic, fair trade Guatemala beans micro roasted in Orange County, California.
We love the caramelized sugars & full flavor of this bean and feel good supporting farmers who grow them and the rainforest they protect.
To achieve our extra creamy smoothness, we use as much whole milk powder as in the finest Swiss milk chocolate. We then grind the beans, milk, sugar, and cocoa butter for twice the usual time.
